Two conservative politicians clashed over the presidential seat and the future of the nation.

Incumbent Polish President Bronislaw Komorowski was dealt a shock defeat at the polls earlier this month when opposition leader Andrzej Duda bested him with more votes. Both candidates were unable to acquire a majority of them, however, since former rock musician Pavel Kukiz astoundingly gained around 20% of the electorate, signifying that Polish voters are becoming fed up with the establishment.

Preparing for the run-off vote, scheduled for Sunday, observers were holding their breath, unsure of which direction Polish politics would l be headed, and whether the citizens would choose to change their nation’s political course.

Sergei Oznobischev, Director of the Institute of Strategic Assessment (studio guest), Sergei Stankevich, Russia’s prominent political and public figure, expert at the Anatoly Sobchak independent think-tank and Tadeusz Iwinski, deputy head of the International Affairs Committee, Polish Sejm, commented on the issue.
