Islamic State Reforms School Curriculum in Syria’s Raqqa
The surprising job requirement is being implemented as the terrorist organization plans to open a ‘school of nursing’ in the Islamic State’s de facto capital Raqqa, a city in Syria about 160 kilometers east of Aleppo.

Strict candidate descriptions released by the jihadi fighters insist that prospective nurses must be under 25, have graduated from secondary school with background in science, be willing to work for ISIL institutions anywhere inside ISIL territory for at least two years after graduating, and must speak fluent English.

Graduate nurses who receive top grades and show the most promise at the school will be rewarded with places at the ISIL medical school, where they can train as better-paid doctors and surgeons.

The new ISIL nursing school, the first opened under their control, was unveiled via Twitter by the “Raqqa Is Being Slaughtered Silently” nonpartisan activist group exposing the atrocities committed by all sides in the Syrian conflict.
