“Separately in Iraq, Coalition military forces conducted seven airstrikes approved by the Iraqi Ministry of Defense,” the statement added.

Combined Joint Task Force Public Affairs Officer Wayne Marotto said in the statement that the coalition strategy has not changed and is still focusing on driving the IS forces out of Iraq.

Marotto added that the Coalition debilitated the IS oil producing, processing and transportation infrastructure.
