The chief result of US "leadership" during Obama's tenure has been the emergence of the terrorist organization Islamic State, according to Alexei Pushkov, head of the Russian Lower House of Parliament's foreign affairs committee.
"ISIL is already operating in Iraq, Syria, Libya and Yemen. This is the clearest display of the results of the US 'leadership' and Obama's main 'achievement'", Pushkov tweeted on Saturday.

A wide expansion of the Islamic State, which seized large areas in Iraq and Syria, became one of the world's most pressing major problems in 2014.
The jihadist group includes about 30,000 militants, according to the CIA.
The militants have declared a "Caliphate" in the occupied territories, signaling their desire to further expand the Caliphate's territory.
