A small private plane crashed in the northern Mexican state of Chihuahua killing five people, country’s communications and transport ministry reported.
The Cessna 206 crashed Saturday near the town of Santa Barbara. The pilot and four passengers were killed.
The aircraft went down shortly after takeoff, apparently after developing technical problems.
Poor weather conditions may also have contributed to the incident.
