Legendary Japanese Battleship Reportedly Found by Microsoft Billionaire
A woman who bought a piece of furniture from a secondhand store in the south of Japan got a surprise when she opened it to find ¥1.9 million ($15,800) inside, reports NHK.

Police in Hyogo Prefecture are looking for the previous owner of the furniture, who brought it to the shop where it was then bought by the woman, who called police after finding the cash.

Staff in the store, which is not being named by police in an effort to find the genuine owner of the furniture, and cash, told officers they did not notice the money when the furniture was in their possession.

If the owner of the furniture does not come forward, say authorities, then ownership of the money will transfer, after three months, to the woman who found it.
