"The plans of the Scottish National Party to hold the British Labour Party to ransom after the General Election will help our campaign and give English Nationalism a huge boost," Tilbrook, whose right wing political party seeks independence from Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, said Monday.
His comments came as the SNP published a survey by the polling firm Panelbase that showed support for the SNP holding the balance of power with a Labour minority Government standing at 35 per cent.
"The SNP holding the balance of power alongside a minority Labour government is far and away the most popular General Election outcome in Scotland," SNP leader Nicola Sturgeon said in a statement.
"We are not anti-Scottish as such but are concerned that England and the English are being unfairly discriminated against by the British political establishment in their rush to bribe Scottish voters to support the Union," Tilbrook said. "There is definitely a growing sense in England that Scotland is too demanding and of too little value to the English to demand the special treatment they are being given," Tilbrook added.
Tilbrook added that "We think England would be better off without the Union."
The SNP declined to respond to Tilbrook's claims.
In September's independence referendum 55 percent of voters in Scotland chose to remain part of the UK.
