MOSCOW, December 23 (Sputnik) — The Russian branch of US publishing house Conde Nast has begun cutting jobs, according to Gazeta.ru.
"The Conde Nast Russia strategy is to be an efficient company with a minimum of employees. And while the current market situation remains difficult and many enterprises have to adapt and optimize their expense structure, we only have to resort to minor job cuts," Conde Nast Russia press service said, according to the newspaper.
Conde Nast began operating in Russia in 1998. Currently in publishes local editions of magazines such as Vogue, Tatler, Glamour and GQ.
