Turchynov Urges Parliamentary Vote on Ukraine Non-Aligned Status Tuesday

Oleksandr Turchynov, the head of Ukraine's People's Front faction, stated that the Ukrainian parliament should vote to cancel the non-aligned status of Ukraine on December, 9.

KIEV, December 8 (Sputnik) – The Ukrainian parliament should vote to cancel the non-aligned status of Ukraine Tuesday, the head of the leading political faction in the parliament said Monday.

“This bill was initiated by our faction, and we ask to put it to the vote tomorrow,” Oleksandr Turchynov said.
