Estonia, Lithuania to Discuss Relations With Russia: Foreign Ministry

The Lithuanian Foreign Ministry announced on its website that Lithuanian Foreign Minister Linas Linkevicius and his Estonian counterpart are set to discuss bilateral and regional cooperation, including relations with Russia.

MOSCOW, November 28 (Sputnik) – Lithuanian Foreign Minister Linas Linkevicius is to meet his Estonian counterpart Friday to discuss bilateral and regional cooperation, including relations with Russia, Lithuanian Foreign Ministry says on its website.

“On 28 November in Vilnius, Lithuania’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Linas Linkevicius will meet with Estonia’s new Foreign Minister Keit Pentus-Rosimannus to discuss bilateral relations and regional cooperation, the situation in Ukraine, relations with Russia, the implementation of energy projects and other important issues,” the ministry’s statement says.

Keit Pentus-Rosimannus, who previously served as Estonian minister of the environment, took office as a foreign minister on November 17. Pentus-Rosimannus has already travelled to Latvia, Finland and Sweden before his visit to Lithuania.
