Dutch experts accompanied by OSCE observers and Emergencies Ministry employees from the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic have arrived at the place of the Malaysian MH17 plane crash in Eastern Ukraine.

DONETSK, November 6 (RIA Novosti) – Dutch experts have arrived at the site of the Malaysian MH17 plane crash in eastern Ukraine, the press service of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) said Thursday.

The Dutch experts are being accompanied by OSCE observers and Emergencies Ministry employees from the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic.

The experts are currently working near the village of Grabovo, where the plane carrying 298 people from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur crashed in July.

On Tuesday, the Dutch team of experts arrived in Donetsk to carry out the preparations necessary before the plane wreckage is finally removed.

On Wednesday, Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte visited Malaysia, where he met with the country's Prime Minister Najib Razak, and stated that the MH17 crash case is unlikely to be to put before the International Criminal Court (ICC).

According to a preliminary report issued by the Dutch Safety Board early in September, the plane most likely broke up in mid-air as a result of structural damage caused by a large number of high-energy objects that penetrated the aircraft from the outside.

Kiev has accused independence supporters in eastern Ukraine of shooting the plane down, but has not provided any evidence to back this claim. The local militia leaders have said that they do not have weapons capable of shooting down a plane flying at 32,000 feet.
