MOSCOW, November 3 (RIA Novosti) — Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko will convene National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) on Tuesday and has recorded a televised address to the country's citizens, president's spokesperson stated Monday.
"The president has recorded a televised address. Tomorrow is the NSDC session," Svyatoslav Tsegolko wrote on his Twitter web page.
Earlier, the presidential administration did not rule out the possibility of National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine convocation in connection with the elections in Donbas on November 2.
On that day, Donetsk and Luhansk people's republics (DPR and LPR) held elections for the heads of local government and representatives of the legislative bodies.
