MOSCOW, October 22 (RIA Novosti) - Russian oil company Lukoil is still planning to list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and will seek to achieve this goal in 2015, the company's vice president Leonid Fedun said Wednesday.

"There is a minor delay, as there are internal issues in Hong Kong, but it does not stop us. I think next year we will make a significant progress in this area," Fedun told journalists.

In June, Lukoil said it would offer at least $1 billion in shares in Hong Kong in 2015, planning to finalize all regulatory procedures by the end of 2014.

According to the company's website, Lukoil accounts for 2.1 percent of global crude oil output and 16.3 percent of crude oil production in Russia. Lukoil is engaged in oil and gas projects in 13 countries around the globe, with a revenue of $139 billion.
