MOSCOW, October 5 (RIA Novosti) - The suspect of the terror attack that was carried out at the center of Grozny is the 1989-born Apti Mudarov, who left home six months ago, a spokesperson for Chechnya's law enforcement bodies told RIA Novosti.

"Mudarov's whereabouts were not even known by his relatives," the spokesperson stated.

According to the official, the law enforcement bodies were in possession of information that Mudarov had joined a gang. He said they were searching for him intensively.

On Sunday evening, a concert was scheduled to celebrate City Day in Grozny. At the entrance to the concert hall, the policemen noticed a suspicious young man. As they tried to inspect him and establish his identity, the man exploded himself.
