MOSCOW, September 6 (RIA Novosti) - Ceasefire in eastern Ukraine is not fully observed, attacks and clashes are continuing, Prime Minister of self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) Alexander Zakharchenko said Saturday.
"At the moment, the ceasefire agreement is not fully complied with," Zakharchenko said, adding that there were two shelling attacks on the village of Amvrosiivka early Saturday.
"It is too early to talk about a complete ceasefire," he said.
