MOSCOW, August 25 (RIA Novosti) – Shocking images of a child beheading a doll in an orange outfit, which mirrors the execution of US journalist James Foley, were posted on a Twitter account called Time Of The Caliphate, which reportedly belongs to an Islamic State (IS) supporter, The Standard Digital News reported Monday.

The masked child is posing in front of a black jihadist flag, a symbol for the IS, holding a large knife in one hand and a blond doll wearing an orange jumpsuit, reminiscent of the one worn by Foley when he was murdered, in another hand.

On the second picture the doll’s head is already removed.

“Teach your children to cut necks, tomorrow there will be a lot of rotten heads,” The Standard Digital News cited the Twitter message accompanying the pictures as saying.

IS, previously known as the Islamic State of Iraq and Greater Syria (ISIS or ISIL), an al-Qaeda offshoot, was fighting against Syrian President Bashar Assad, and in June launched a large-scale offensive in Iraq, seizing large parts of the country. In late June, the group declared itself a caliphate and announced its rebranding as the Islamic State.

In August, the United States authorized airstrikes to help Baghdad fight against the terrorists who have caused hundreds of Iraqis to flee.

On August 19, the IS released a video on YouTube showing a man in balaclava beheading James Foley, a US journalist who was taken prisoner in northwest Syria in November 2012. The executioner said in the video that Foley was killed because US President Barack Obama had ordered airstrikes against IS positions in northern Iraq.
