MOSCOW, February 27 (RIA Novosti) – Cosmonauts on board the International Space Station will conduct a lesson from space for Russian students in April, an Education Ministry official told RIA Novosti on Wednesday.
The event will broadcast the cosmonauts live to students nationwide on Friday April 11, a day before the 53rd anniversary of Yury Gagarin's historic first manned spaceflight.
In October, a teleconference was held with cosmonauts working on the station to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the first woman to go to space, Valentina Tereshkova.
