The building, which will be Belarus’ first skyscraper, is to be commissioned in 2013. The compound is part of a multifunctional business center.

Itera comprises dozens of companies in the CIS, Baltic, western European and Asian countries, as well as the United States. Its primary business is natural gas exploration and processing. The group is also involved in property development and the gas chemical and electric power industries.

The Itera Development Group, which is part of Itera, deals with property development. Its projects include office buildings for the Organizational Committee of the 2014 Olympics Games in the southern Russian resort of Sochi on the Black Sea coast.
