Moscow considers it unacceptable to conduct anti-Russian demonstrations in which the participants threaten the territorial integrity of Russia and the security of its citizens and that cloud dialog between the two nations, Foreign Ministry representative Alexander Lukashevich said on Friday.

"The holding of meetings in Turkey in which the participants threaten the territorial integrity of Russia and the security of its citizens is unacceptable," Lukashevich said.

Further demonstrations will impair the atmosphere of partnership between our countries and should be met by a rebuff from the Turkish authorities, he said.

In addition, Russia has made a formal representation to the Norwegian embassy in Moscow over a forum in Oslo in which Chechen envoy Akhmed Zakayev took part, Lukashevich said.

"The Russian Foreign Ministry has lodged a formal representation to Norway over the 'Freedom Forum' in Oslo on May 7-9 in which Zakayev took part," he said.

"The tolerance, indeed protection by Norway of these provocative events with the participation of Zakayev is contrary to the character of its relations with Russia," he said
