In the past couple of years government officials and even president Obama have discussed on numerous occasions the annulment of the discriminating amendment of Jackson-Vanik concerning Russia. On April, 19th, 2011 the claim is submitted to USA court about illegality of the given amendment.
What is the probability of annulment of the amendment in the near future? What is the position of the USA, concerning Russia's accessions to the World Trade Organization and developments of its external economic relations?
