Russia and India will cooperate on jointly developing liquefied natural gas projects including in third countries, the Russian government said on Wednesday.
Russia and India willl encourage cooperation in several areas, including "joint projects on exploration and development, transportation, refining, purification, storage, sales and usage of oil and gas (and) developing joint LNG projects".
The two countries will also cooperate in underground coal gasification and may establish joint ventures to produce, refine and transport oil and gas.
