The Russian government has managed to keep almost all of the promises it gave to the country's citizens in 2010, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said on Wednesday.
When asked about the landmarks of the year, Putin named the wildfires which covered vast territories in Central Russia in July and August.
"We managed to implement everything we promised, including new homes for the fire victims, I believe this is evidence of the capabilities of our country," he said.
