Russian President Dmitry Medvedev signed a law to ratify an agreement with Switzerland on visa facilitation, the Kremlin reported Wednesday.
The agreement, signed in September 2009 in Bern, is designed to ease bilateral visa requirements and envisions a simplified procedure to issue one-time visas for up to three months, as well as multiple visas for certain categories of citizens.
