Lady Gaga may record a song in Russian, her promoter and the "father of the ring tone," Ralph Simon, told RIA Novosti in an exclusive interview.
Simon said such a move will attract more attention from Russian fans to the star.
"I'm trying to persuade Lady Gaga to record some songs for her new album for next year in Russian," Simon told RIA Novosti. "Because I said to her - if you can record one of your big songs for next year in Russian, there is a young community in Russia that would love to be able to hear Lady Gaga singing in Russian! Can you imagine?!"
Simon said that the Russian audience may hear Lady Gaga singing in their native language in the May of the next year.
"Her next album will come out in 2011. The song in Russian may be included in this album," he said.
"She is going to do that in Mandarin, Spanish, Portuguese and Hindi and I want her to do one version in Russian," Simon said. "So that when she puts that out Russian fans will say - "My goodness, Lady Gaga thinks about Russia," he continued.
Lady Gaga is known as the "Queen of Facebook", with ten million "fans" in the social network system.
The secret of this popularity is that "she just speaks in a language that everybody understands - men, women, gay community - everybody!" Simon said.
"She is like a chess grandmaster; she is like Botvinnik for entertainment," Simon said. "She knows that to be successful you have to make sure that you are growing your Internet and Twitter audience," Simon added.
