Land use and development regulations for the Russian capital are to be drafted before March 1, 2011, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said on Monday.
The regulations are to establish rules for the use of land plots in Moscow, including those allotted for underground development projects.
They will also deal with zoning issues and set basic indicators and the maximum height of buildings as well as housing density and development on any given plot of land.
