Natalya Stepanets, an employee of the Russian Pension Fund from Khabarovsk, won the Russian final of the Mrs Universe 2010 beauty pageant in Rostov-on-Don.
The Mrs Russia contest differs from all other beauty pageants in that all contestants must be married and have children.
Apart from Natalya Stepanets, seven contestants, representing Rostov-on-Don, St. Petersburg, Kirov, Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Chelyabinsk and Bryansk, claimed victory.
Winning the contest, Stepanets received a commemorative trophy and a crown decorated with precious stones. She will represent Russia at the Mrs Universe 2010 final contest, which will begin in Lithuania on August 11.
