Its plant in Kaluga produces passenger vehicles under the Volkswagen (Passat, Polo, Jetta, Tiguan, Touareg, Passat CC) and Skoda (Octavia, Octavia Tour, Fabia, Superb) brands. In July 2009 the plant began assembling two new models, the Caddy and the Transporter. As of July 1, 2009, the project received 570 million Euros in investment. The total amount of investment under a cooperation agreement totaled 750 million Euros.
