A 4.7-magnitude earthquake 150 kilometers (around 93 miles) northeast of Colombia's capital Bogota rocked the area on Saturday, the U.S. Geological Survey has reported.
There have been no reports of deaths or damage. The quake's epicenter was near the city of Yopal.
On Friday, Venezuela was hit with a 5.6-magnitude earthquake near the northern coastal town of Carupano. No deaths were reported from the quake and only minor damage was noted.
A 7.0-magnitude earthquake struck Haiti on Tuesday and almost leveled the country's capital of Port-au-Prince. A number of aftershocks followed. The most recent quake, measuring 4.6 on the Richter scale, was registered some 60 km (37 miles) to the south of Port-au-Prince late on Friday night.
According to the latest figures, some 140,000 were killed in the quake, 250,000 were injured, and more than 3 million have been left without shelter.
The U.S. Geological Survey said Venezuela and Haiti are located on the same tectonic plate.
In January 1999, Colombia was hit with a 6.2-magnitude earthquake that killed 1,230 people and more than 5,000 were injured.
