MOSCOW, August 27 (RIA Novosti) - A twenty seven-year-old woman threw her two children off a balcony and then jumped herself in the German city of Pforzheim on Thursday, national media said.
The woman and her two-month boy died, while her four-year-old son suffered severe injuries.
According to prosecutors, the young mother, an ethnic Turk, suffered from "paranoid schizophrenia" and had recently stopped taking medication.
No suicide note was left, but a diary was cited as evidence of her "hallucinations and wild ideas."
The father of the children was at work when the tragedy occurred.
