MOSCOW, May 11 (RIA Novosti) - Rubin continued their fine run of form on Monday beating Tom Tomsk 4-0 to return to the top of the Russian Premier League after victories for Zenit and CSKA Moscow on Sunday.

The defending champions have won their last three games by an aggregate 10-0, and having conceded just three goals all season had the match won inside half an hour with strikes from defender Roman Sharonov in the 24th minute and Turkish midfielder Gokdeniz Karadeniz two minutes later.

Rubin gave the home fans even more to cheer about in the second half, with Roman Adamov finishing a fine move in style in the 78th minute and Adamov's replacement, Hasan Kabze, completing the rout with six minutes remaining.

A day after Russia celebrated Victory Day to mark the anniversary of the end of World War II, CSKA fought back from a goal down on Sunday afternoon to beat local rivals Dinamo 2-1 and go top of the table overnight.

Behind to Dmitry Kombarov's goal for the hosts after just five minutes, the Red Army side got an equalizer from Czech forward Tomas Necid with 12 minutes to go and snatched the win in injury time through defender Vasily Berezutsky.

Later on Sunday, UEFA Cup holders Zenit eased past Krilya Sovetov Samara 2-0 with goals from Konstantin Zyryanov and Pavel Pogrebnyak. A win would have taken Krilya joint top, but as with CSKA last week, the St. Petersburg side proved too strong.

In the holiday weekend's other early games, FC Moskva could only draw 0-0 at home to Lokomotiv, while Amkar came away from Grozny having secured a 2-2 against Terek.
