ROSTOV-ON-DON, April 12 (RIA Novosti) - Twelve people were injured after a car smashed into a bus stop in Rostov-on-Don in south Russia, the press office of the regional emergencies department said on Sunday.
The accident occurred on Sunday afternoon, when a Moskvich car turned over and rammed into the bus stop, the press office said.
There were many children among those injured in the incident. A four year-old child was taken to an intensive care unit while the other eleven people were hospitalized, the press office said.
The traffic police are investigating the circumstances of the accident, the press office said.
