MOSCOW, February 25 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank for February 26 is 35.7442 rubles, down 28.12 kopeks from Wednesday, the Central Bank said.

The official euro rate for Thursday is 45.9670 rubles, up 50.62 kopeks from Wednesday.
