MOSCOW, November 15 (RIA Novosti) - Russia could reduce oil export duty by 33% to $192.1 per ton from December 1, the Russian Finance Ministry said Saturday.

"The average price for Urals crude on world markets in the monitoring period from October 15 to November 14 inclusive was $59.35 per barrel. Proceeding from the price, the duty rate should be at the level of $192.1 per ton," said Alexander Sakovich, a deputy head of the customs payments department at the ministry.

The Russian government has decided to set export duties on oil and oil products on a monthly basis from December 1. Under the present procedure, export duties are adjusted every two months.

Changes to the relevant laws are to be submitted by the end of November.
