ROSTOV-ON-DON, November 10 (RIA Novosti) - One person died and three were injured in a household gas explosion in southern Russia's Rostov Region on Monday.
The explosion occurred on the third floor of a five-story building in the town of Bataisk at about 6:00 p.m. (15:00 GMT).
Emergencies services said 142 rescuers were working at the scene. Sniffer dogs are searching the debris.
A total of 25 people from the building will be provided with temporary accommodation.
