MOSCOW, April 1 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's Reserve and National Prosperity funds stood at 3.1 trillion rubles ($130.5 billion) and 773.6 billion rubles ($33 billion), respectively, as of April 1, 2008, the country's Finance Ministry said in a report on Tuesday.
