MOSCOW, November 29 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank for October 30 is 24.3506 rubles, down 1.16 kopeks from Thursday, the Central Bank said.

The official euro rate for Friday is 36.0389 rubles, up 1.45 kopeks from Thursday.
