MOSCOW, November 23 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank for November 24-26 is 24.2649 rubles, down 5.25 kopeks from Friday, the Central Bank said.

The official euro rate for Saturday-Monday is 36.1498 rubles, up 6.03 kopeks from Friday.
