MOSCOW, July 13 (RIA Novosti) - The supervisory board of state foreign trade bank Vneshtorgbank (VTB) reelected Friday the Russian finance minister, Alexei Kudrin, as its chairman, the bank's press service said.
The new supervisory board was elected at an annual shareholders' meeting on June 20.
The supervisory board comprises 11 members, including two independent directors, who were co-opted ahead of the bank's IPO.
VTB is Russia's second largest bank with statutory capital of 67.2 billion rubles ($2.5 billion).
The state holds a 77.47% stake in the bank.
