LONDON, April 24 (RIA Novosti) - Troika Dialog Group, a Russian investment company, will organize initial public offerings (IPO) for 15 Russian companies this year, the head of the group said.

"We are preparing IPOs for about 12-15 companies," Ruben Vardanyan said, adding that they would include Bank Vozrozhdenie, WGC-4 power generating company and a few food producers.

Russia has seen an IPO boom in recent years as a means for leading companies to attract investment. Igor Yurgens, the first vice president of the Renaissance Capital investment group, one of the leading Russian IPO organizers, expects Russian companies to hold about 70 IPOs in 2007.

About 150 Russian businesses intend to IPO in the next two years, which could bring $30-50 billion, the Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange has said.
