HELSINKI, November 24 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's president said Friday a bill on the ratification of an EU-Russia agreement to relax visa requirements will be submitted to parliament's lower house, the State Duma, next week.
Speaking to reporters after an EU-Russia summit in the Finnish capital, Helsinki, Vladimir Putin said: "Next week, I will forward an appropriate bill on the ratification of this accord to Russia's parliament."
He also said an EU-Russia agreement on readmission of illegal migrants will be ratified by the Russian legislature in the near future.
