MOSCOW, October 26 (RIA Novosti) - Gazprom (RTS: GAZP) will issue two series of ruble-denominated bonds, totaling 10 million rubles ($373,000), starting November 2, the energy giant's press service said Thursday.

Gazprom announced July 30 plans to issue three series of ruble-denominated bonds with various maturity periods this year. The A7 and A8 series slated for November have maturity periods of three and five years, respectively. The A9 series, which will be floated later this year, have a seven-year maturity period.

Each issue, registered by the Federal Service for Financial Markets September 28, comprises 5 million bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 rubles ($37) each.

On October 20, Gazprom also placed Eurobonds worth 780 million euros ($986 million) that will mature in 2014 and have an interest rate of about 5.03%.

The company said its borrowing limit for 2006 had been set at 90 million rubles ($3.35 million).
