MOSCOW, October 23 (RIA Novosti) - Four people were injured when an elevator fell in central Moscow, an emergency service said Monday.
The incident occurred at 5:30 p.m. Moscow time (1:30 GMT) in a trade center being built on Bolshaya Tulskaya Street.
"Four workers who were in the elevator have been hospitalized," said Yevgeny Bobylev, head of the press service of the Moscow emergencies department.
He added the incident may have been caused by overloading.
