MOSCOW, August 21 (RIA Novosti) - A commercial turf war is the probable cause of a Moscow market bombing today, but terrorism is also possible, Moscow prosecutor Yury Semin said Monday.
Semin said eight people were killed and 41 hospitalized. He gave no further data on those killed.
The Prosecutor General's Office said the bomb that detonated at the Cherkizovsky market was equivalent to 1.5 kilograms of TNT.
Earlier, a source in the investigative group said the bomb was equivalent to 0.2-0.5kg of TNT.
