KIEV, August 4 (RIA Nocvosti) - Ukraine's parliament swore in Friday all 11 judges of the Constitutional Court, in another move to restore political stability to the country after months of turmoil.

The Ukrainian Constitutional Court consists of 11 judges, who are elected according to quotas distributed between the president, the parliament and the congress of judges.

The court had lacked the required number of judges since last year as parliament had not picked its own candidates and had refused to swear in judges chosen by President Viktor Yushchenko.

Following today's ceremony the court has a quorum, and becomes fully functional again.

Parliament has also approved pro-Russian leader Viktor Yanukovych for the post of prime minister.
