MOSCOW, June 27 (RIA Novosti) - Moscow City Court has upheld an order for a Russian company to pay 2 million rubles ($74,000) in compensation to a Georgian woman injured when a water park in Moscow collapsed two years ago, a lawyer said Tuesday.

Transvaal Park at Yasenevo in southwest Moscow collapsed on February 14, 2004, killing 28 people and injuring more than 100.

Igor Trunov said the Cheryomushkinsky Court had ordered that European Technologies and Service, which owned the park, compensate Tamara Papitashvili. The company had appealed the order to the Moscow City Court.
