MOSCOW, June 1 (RIA Novosti) - The Moscow Arbitration Court granted Thursday a request made by Tomskneft oil company to include it in a list of creditors suing beleaguered Yukos Oil Company.

Tomskneft is suing Yukos for 12.3 billion rubles ($455 million).

The court also accepted a suit from another oil company, Orelnefteprodukt, totaling 25.7 million rubles ($950,000).

The court postponed until June 7 a ruling on a request from the tax authorities to join Yukos creditors with a suit of 353.7 billion rubles ($13 billion), and put off until June 14 a ruling on requests from Trust Bank worth 1.6 billion rubles ($59 million), Yukos-Vostoktrade totaling 11.5 billion rubles ($425 million), Yukos Capital with a 117.7 billion claim ($4.3 billion) and Mazeikiu Nafta with 63 million ($2.3 million).

On Thursday, the court started hearing requests from 37 Yukos creditors, including Yukos-M, Siberian Internet Company, and KrasnoyarskGeophysics.

On March 28, the Moscow Arbitration Court ordered a bankruptcy supervisor to oversee Yukos's finances at a request from foreign creditor banks who said the company owed them $482 million. The debt was later re-bought by Rosneft Oil Company, which had obtained Yukos' main asset Yuganskneftegaz from the government after it was sold at an auction in December 2004.

The court later granted a request from Samaraneftegaz, which is claiming 1.85 billion rubles ($68.4 million).
