MOSCOW, March 25 (RIA Novosti) - The clocks will go forward in Russia by an hour on Sunday, a federal agency said.
The country will use summer time from March 26 to October 29 in 2006, the Federal Agency for Technical Regulations and Metrology said.
Daylight saving time is practiced in every European country except Iceland and many other states to make electricity savings.
