ROSTOV-ON-DON, March 16 (RIA Novosti, Sofya Brykanova) - An Iranian man was murdered Wednesday night in the southern Russian city of Rostov-on-Don, a police source said Thursday.
"The businessmen was shot three times in the chest," the spokesperson said.
Police said it had not been the first attempt on the businessman's life.
"On October 19, 2005, he called police saying he had noticed a suspicious object that looked like an explosive device under his car," the source said.
Police officers later identified the object as an explosive device and deactivated it.
