MOSCOW, February 7 (RIA Novosti) - President Vladimir Putin has praised the performance of Russia's secret services on the country's federal borders and called on them to combat terrorists as well.
"This is how you should act to solve the main objective in the fight against terrorists: make pinpoint strikes at them, find them in all the caves where they are hiding and kill them like rats," Putin told Federal Security Service (FSB) officials.
