ST. PETERSBURG, January 22 (RIA Novosti) - A fire broke out in a residential building in St. Petersburg early Sunday, killing five people, including a two-year-old child, the Emergency Situations Ministry said.
The fire was localized about two hours after it broke out, the ministry said.
